They can process Credit Cards and immediately send the order to the restaurant or takeaway.   The order is displayed on the Epos Touch Screen or on a PC/Laptop for confirmation and processing. Orders can be taken in advance for a future date i.e. a birthday. The order will automatically go live on the required date and at the required time.   Your sales telephone number can be answered by any of your Call Handlers and the order processed. The call system will direct the phone call to an available Call Handler.
