Restaurant Food Ordering System

This software provides you with all the features required to run a complete Restaurant Food Ordering and Delivery System. It includes a Call Handling System whereby orders via the phone, mobile phone, the website and the till can be automatically included in the system. The service includes a unique website design including Flash, software installation and MySQL database setup and 12 month's free hosting, if required.

Call Handlers Screen

The Call Handlers screen uses ActiveX and is programmed to refresh the screen every few seconds. Any new order is automatically listed and can be selected by Phone Orders or Web Orders. The Order Status screen displays all orders and includes:

Order ID
Member Name
Company Name
Postcode
Telephone Number
Order ( can be viewed or edited - changes can be made)
Status
Delivered By
Order Print
Discount
Additional Instructions
Cancel
Paid

This is a very powerful administration tool that enables the call handler to view and edit any order and process with the Chef's screen and Delivery Schedule. Orders can be viewed for all previous days and months.

Reports can be produced using this data.

Chef's Screen

Chef's screens can be processed using different kitchens and a list of the food ordered is listed in the relevant kitchen. Food is listed by Delivery Shift. Previous order lists can be seen. Just select a date and shift and kitchen; all the orders for that period are listed by:

Our reports can provide comprehensive analysis of food ordering statistics. This information can be included with a Purchase Order System and automated food ordering system. (This is an additional program we provide)

Delivery Managers Screen

The Delivery Manager's Screen lists all cooked food and Shifts and includes:

Order ID
Member Name
Company Name
Post Code
Telephone Number
Deliver By
Order (option to view the order)
Print the Order
Deliver the Order

Each order can be allocated to a delivery person (drop down list) and the batch of orders for each delivery person is then processed.
